Doctor Natasha Ballard, MD – Chattanooga
Dr. Ballard graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, before receiving her medical degree with highest honors from Ross University School of Medicine. Dr. Ballard served her residency at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, Ga., and her experience includes dermatology, hospice, and urgent care. She is licensed to practice medicine in both Tennessee and Georgia, and is board certified by the American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Ballard is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians.
Doctor Alan von Gremp, MD – Hixson
Dr. von Gremp earned his undergraduate degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, before receiving his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. He completed his residency at St. Anthony North Hospital in Denver, Colorado, and has served patients in the fields of urgent care, occupational medicine, and family practice. Dr. von Gremp holds medical licenses in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Colorado. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Board of Family Medicine, and is Board Certified in Family Medicine.
Doctor Charles Tapley, MD – Hixson
Dr. Charles Tapley, MD, earned a bachelor of science degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Ind., before receiving his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. Tapley completed his residency in family practice at Ball Memorial Hospital and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Doctor Christine Myers, MD – Ooltewah
Dr. Myers graduated with honors from the Purdue University School of Science before receiving her medical degree from the Indiana University Medical School. Dr. Myers served her residency at the Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis, and her experience includes pediatric and internal medicine. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and is certified by the American Board of Pediatric Medicine. Dr. Myers is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Tennessee.
Doctor Todd Rudolph, MD – Cleveland
Dr. Rudolph, received his undergraduate degree from Abilene Christian University in Texas before graduating from Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas. He served his surgery residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock and East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tenn, and served his family practice residency at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Chattanooga, Tenn. Dr. Rudolph’s experience includes general surgery, family practice, and a decade as a hospitalist. He is board certified in Family Medicine.
Doctor Brittany Congress, MD – Kingston Pike, Knoxville
Dr. Congress graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia before receiving her medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine. Dr. Congress served her residency at Florida Hospital in Orlando, and her experience includes occupational health and emergency medicine. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), as well as DOT. Dr. Congress has been published in such sources as the Clinical Journal of Sports Medicine and EM Pulse Magazine.

Lana Fox a native to Knoxville graduated from University of Tennessee Knoxville before earning her medical degree from University of Tennessee Memphis. Dr. Fox’s has over 20 year experience in pediatric care across Tennessee. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and has served of several hospital committees. Dr. Fox is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Tennessee.
